SMC 2B mod - madness?

Hello there,
I'm a proud owner of a Tube-Tech SMC 2B. I'm very happy with it, there are, however, times when I don't use it. So, actually, three nice stereo compressors are lying around unused.
Does anyone know of a mod that enables the thing to switch from multiband to single band operation? Additional connectors, transformers and switches come to my mind.
I actually wanted to contact Tube-Tech about that but couldn't find a contact email address on their website, so I contacted the German distributor, which got kind of angry pointing out that this thing is a multiband compressor and should be used as one and "we should forget very quickly about that". However, he forgot to mention if it's possible at all or not .
So. Opinions. Come on. Hit me .
At least does anyone have a Tube-Tech contact?

Cheers
Claus

The distributor could definitely have been more friendly. You're right, why not... Or the other way round: What about combining multiple compressors into a multi-band? Good luck with your project.
