Polarity Beyerdynamic DT990 Pro Headphones

HI!!

The plug on my Beyerdynamic DT 990 Pro Headphones started crackling so i decided to replace it with a nice neutrik gold plated stereo jack. Now after i am done something is wrong. Leaving the pan pot in the middle gives me signal on the right, panning right gives me stereo etc. So it is obvious i ****ed up soldering.....Strange cause i put red on the tip, black on the ring and white on the sleeve. Does anyone know the right polarity scheme for beyerdynamic headphones, i do not seem to find it anywhere? What color goes on tip, sleeve and ring? Thanks!

Contact Beyer Dynamic. They've been pretty responsive to past inquiries regarding technical issues such as custom cables, etc.
