| Lives for gear | " I LOVE THE SMELL OF SOLDER IN THE MORNING" (show us your tech room/area) I'm kinda inspired tonite. I've been able to putz around and get to some of the un-ending busy work that comes with operating a studio. We're little guys in comparison to many of you here, but today i got to get my little "tech table" and cabinets on their way to being squared away. The joy of getting peg board up and all the tools neatly arranged and generaly re finding stuff that had been buried in the twister of building a new room. It's nice to a have a place to tweak on stuff and know where that widget is when you need it. Anyone care to put a pic up of their area? Junk rooms may apply. There is no shame in a cardboard box filled with cables and mics and other crap with tape notes stuck on it saying "fix me" or "check me". Even if that pile is ten years old. Bring em on. I'll post mine tomorrow. btw, anybody want a vs880 cheap? It finally turned up after 8 months.
