Any experience of these cables and connectors? I went shopping to local "candystore"

Hello!

I just got couple hundred meters on Schulz IK5 cable and Tasker C220 cables for a really really good price.

I also got bunch of Amphenol connectors which look veeery nice indeed, 6.3mm and RCA. Specially the RCA ones are really flashy, they have same body as the 6.3mm and they are PAINTED! They have this nice retro vibe and come in many colours, dang I wish I had a camera here...

Anyways, back to topic.

I was just wondering (after 8 hours of soldering) if there was anyone out there who could say anything good or bad about these cables and connectors. Though I've already bought these and made some cables out of them... (haven't really tried out yet)

IK 5

I'm planning to use this as guitar cable and unbalanced line-level cable (patch, synths, drummachienes etc.).

Audio cable, 1 x 0,2 mm², braided shield, noiseless, black, red, blue, grey, violet, green, outside diameter 6 mm appr., OFC, conductive PVC-layer under the braided shield for a better shield, AWG 24, Made in Germany,
uses: patch- and audio cable and guitar cable
Capacitance: + / - 110 pF

I plugged this cable to my guitar amp and crancked it to full and banged the cable to the floor and I didn't hear ANY microphonics!

Tasker C220 (I found these from the internet, NOT tasker's official site...)

This is twin cable, not "balanced" , will be used as line level unbalanced stereo stuff.

* Conductors: 2 x 0.25 mm²
* External dimensions: 5.0 x 10.3 mm
* Conductor resistance: 75 Ohm/Km (±5%)
* Cap. pF/m core/shield: 42
* Cap. pF/m core/core 130
* Operative temp.: -15° to +70° C

I'm really bad when it comes to electrical specs of a cable so could someone tell me something about these specs and how do they compare to high-end stuff?

And if you have any thoughts about Cordial (CMK 222 to be exact) cables, please let me know!

And about the Amphenols, I really like these connectors, seem to suit very nicely to indoor use and they have good construction, no plastic parts inside connector etc. And I got these plugs for 1.35 eur a piece and the RCA's were couple ten cents more. Now that's big save against Neutrik (live use cables are different story, ok? )

Thanks,
-Tomi
