Arrow Isochrome OCX (tests !) Please post here songs! (wav clips)

Hi , Slutz

I would like to know if someone here has examples of sounds using Isochrome OCX as clock master and if someone made test A/B/C and it can post the sounds here. I listen to much people speaking well of Isochrome OCX, BB and Lucid , but I would like to listen to the results with my own ears.

I need to buy a master clock and Isochrome OCX and BB is a good idea!?thumbsup

thanks for any help!
I will wait here for the examples songs (wav clips)

i did A/B comparison recordings between 16X clock and Isochrone, but didn't keep the files. also when i did the final A/B, it was to the original analog source, so recording that would defeat the purpose.

Isochrone/16X/HD192

if you do decide on the Isochrone PM me. mine's for for sale.

Cool Clock Comparison with Wave Files (antelope OCX w/ and w/out 10m)

I exported and dithered this tune to create the final 16 bit file

this tune has already been released

savory audio put out the "independence day" tune

the sonic power of the 10m inspired me to go back and re export the tunes with the 10m clocking my antelope ocx

independence day tune was only exported using the 10m ocx combo not mixed

-Bone Loc - "Independence Day" - Savory Audio
1 Stage of 10m "mst or export" (mixed at 24_882 )

Mundy did not perform any A/D conversions with the clock. He described his tests in another thread and he's basically bouncing the files in the box with the two different clocks – which has absolutely no effect on the audio, whatsoever.

I'm not saying there isn't a difference between good external clocks, I'm just letting you know that this is a flawed example.

The 'with' and 'without' atomic clock samples null down to dither. I.e. both files are the same (-dither), there is no difference to be heard.

Clocking has no effect on an internal bounce. If you want to capture the difference the external clock makes with your converters (if there is a significant difference to be heard), capture an analog loopback.
