Preamp/Interface Shootout!!

Alright everybody I wanted to see if you can tell the difference between the Interfaces/Preamps used here. There are 3 files. All tracks were recorded using a Rode NT2A microphone and have absolutely no plug-ins or animations. I did 3 different things here. I recorded one file using a Universal Audio Solo 610 going into a Digidesign 96, I recorded one file using the UA Solo 610 going into a mackie onyx interface (by firewire), and I recorded one file using only the Mackie Onyx Pres (by firewire). I'll reply with the answers later but I want to see if you all can tell the difference!! Reply with what you think is what. Good luck!

ehh, seems nobody gives a damn so forget it. Here are the answers.
1. UA --> Onyx
2. UA --> Digidesign 96
3. Onyx Pres

the 1 sounds very mellow, non detailed but musical.
2 sounds very dynamic / detailed but non musical, harsh.
3 sounds more detailed than 1 but... is in between.

the Digi96 AD is alot better, but for some strange reason.. i like mellow sound of 1.

you changed the UA610 settings?

I listened before you posted the answers, and Didier's right, you should give people days, not hours to respond to your post!
Anyway, my preferences were : 1-2-3
I felt one had the most clarity and balance.
