This may not always work because SRC can introduce latency in the signal, and input/output waveforms will not be aligned. This latency is often of fractional duration.

Does anyone know of an app to take measurements like the one they use?

There are certain ditherers I don't want to wait any longer, like Samplitude's POW-R dithering (which I've heard Bob Katz at one time liked a lot), Reaper 3, Logic 9.
Waves, everything that dithers.

So far it looks like iZotopes SCR or Voxengo, but I don't think Voxengo actually dithers so much as truncates.

UV22hr too.

Exclamation

I was wondering a while ago, do you know any other good (software) sample rate converters that aren't included on that comparison page?

Interesting. Apart from the fact that it flips the phase and shaves away the top end beginning at 18.5k R8brain free rules supreme. Best phase response with zero aliasing, even better than R8brain pro.

I've just checked, the latest version leaves the phase alone. So, in conclusion, use R8brain free and you're fine. Unless your primary audience consists of dogs and bats and you can't live with the filter starting to kick in at 18.5khz, of course. ;-) Me, I've rather have good phase response.
