| Metal mix Just wanted to ask some advices on this : http://sylvain.raulin.free.fr/MTmix.wav This is a mix i'm currently working on. Just pay attention to kick, snare, room, OH, bass, guitars (no toms). I think the drums have not enough ambience, but this should be fixed quickly. The bass tone is not very good (sloppy playing, old strings... are really hard to fix when it's mixing time). The guitars sound cool to me, but they lack some upper midrange and maybe have too much low mids, what do you guys think about that ? |
