anyone know how to make a promo multimedia CD?

Not sure where to post this but:

Like a lot of the CDs you used to buy where it played on your CD player normally but when you inserted it into the computer it automatically opens a multimedia page with links etc.

Anyone know how to do this?

kind regards

Or you could just program it in web page HTML's.

Every computer can run them and you don't need specialty software....
