What are your favorite iPod Touch/iPhone apps?

Fantastic for developing song/ideas... Can't spend a few days without this trio:
Pattern Music
Nano Loop
iSequence

Also worth looking at:
Noise.io
BeatMaker
Nanostudio

I can't believe nobody has still said:

TOUCH OSC

I use it in the ipad and it rocks!

The only midi controller I'll ever need (except for some good keys and a pedal). you can create your own templates with as many faders, knobs, buttons, xy pads as you need with labels, colors and such. You also can send info from your daw into it, or you dj software.

Also another app I'm dying to try (pretty much the same as touch osc though) is midipad

iSequence - Easiest sequencer by far
iShred - For noodling on the go
ThumbJam - For a fun new way to create music. Try the strings and shake the phone. Awesome vibrato sim.

Oh and Angry Birds... so addictive.

AC-7, although I must admit that AC-7 Pro on an IPad seems much more interesting. I'm considering selling my MCU before faders start to crap out.

Can't wait to get an iPad I really feel it's going to be incredible for getting ideas down on the go and eventually will have great capabilities for production. What do you iPad'ers think so far? The youtube clips of nanostudio on the iPhone are pretty cool. I can only imagine how it would be using it on the iPad!

If I get time later I may try to upload a track I made entirely with iPhone instruments.

(I just uploaded it, keep in mind that this was just a test to see how these things recorded, not an attempt at making real music. It basically repeats the whole song, so don't bother listening to the end. I used Drum kit Lite, Kalimba Free, NLogFree, and Finger Piano Lite. Didn't pay one cent for all these)

I would love a sampling sequencer like noisetracker on the iphone. I remember working years with that unit as a kid.
