i am extremely thankful for all of the time that charles, and all others who replied to the topics have given. it has been an incredible month of inspiration and new understandings for me. i have changed the way i do things yet again, and am becoming more adept at what it is that makes a mix sound good. i have learned a lot, and that is what it is all about for me. thank you charles. and thank you all.

Many thanks to Jules + everyone @ Gearslutz for welcoming me.

I've had a great time here. I've enjoyed sharing + I've learned a lot as well.

Thanks to everyone for your great posts.

I have to chime in with a big note of appreciation to Charles and Julian.

I've been lurking on these internet audio forums for about 2 years now, but there's been more practical educational value in this one month on this forum than all that previous time.

The folks I work with here don't lurk on forums, but they've been following along with the progress and seeing and hearing the vast improvement in the results we've been getting in Pro Tools this month. It is quite noticable. Just knowing what these instruments are capable of has made us focus on our work more intensely and pro-actively, knowing there's no excuses for not getting a "pro" sounding mix, and that alone has been an invaluable lesson in itself.

So on behalf of our little circle of collaborators here at Curve Dominant, I want to offer a big thanks to Charles and Julian, even though it hardly expresses the amount of gratitude we have for you guys for taking the time to do this.

Yes Charles please do keep hanging around, and thank you again for all your contributions. This month's archive will be bookmarked as my little ProTools Bible.

Jules and thank you of course for providing the real estate to make great moments like this happen.

Thanks Charles for such an exciting and interesting month. I echo Chris in hoping that we get a part 2 in the not too distant future!

Thanks Jules full stop, and special thanks for your skillful moderating that keeps this space so valuable and cool.

And thanks to all the Gearslutz who got involved and added to the mix.

Thanks Charles, for your thoughtful discussion and sharing of ideas and techniques!

The best thing I got out of your stay is a new way to reference working with Pro Tools, from HDL and the forum in your name here.

Besides all that you must be a cool cat to do all that!

Take it easy,

Jackson
