SCSI hard drive for an Akai S1000

Can anyone recommend a SCSI external hard drive for the Akai S1000? Been using soft samplers for ages but I'd like to start using the old Akai again, without faffing about with floppies!

Must it be a hard drive? There are still tons of Zip and Jaz drives floating around for not too much money and the disks are cheap. Easy to make backups too.

That would be my choice for external Akai storage (and was my choice just this week when i got my new mpc2000xl)

Oh yes, forgot about Zip drives! I think I may have an old one knocking about, good call!
