I feel like its not there yet

I use FL studio and master with ISOTOP OZONE. I Have been doing research on how to mix properly. Do you guys suggest putting a limiter over the isotope to bump up the gain? here is a track I made recently.

For one dont worry about mastering...worry about mixing


For two...ozones just a suite of plugs packaged for mastering, why do you think you need another limiter?

I noticed throwing a limiter on top of OZONE bumps it up more without distorting. what is the most important thing in mixing? levels??
