hiya. Apart from Camelon 5000 and Harmor are there any other synths that turn images in to sounds?

Such a weird concept turning a picture into sound.

Seems perfect for sound effects.

...or just open the raw image file in an audio editor. That can create interesting results.

The sampler in Sunvox can do this. I used it to create the strings for this song, with a photo I took in the Gulf of Mexico on a cruise ship.

Of course! Picture to sound is interpreting brightness as volume, vertical position as frequency and horizontal position as time elapsed. Sound to picture is that operation in reverse.
