Anyone know which controllers support true 14-bit midi messages?

The BCR2000 does, and a lot more, such as increment / decrement, etc.

I'm looking for a general controller, ideally a more modern one (with LEDs, etc.), such as the Livid stuff (but the Livid only does 7-bit)
