anyone know how to make this sound?
Anyone know what synth or keyboard is use and any ideas on the sound design parameters and effects. Sounds like a steele drum type sound.

sounds like it could be a lot of things , to me

some kind of piano or some kind of plucked instrument, sin wave, an FM sound, etc

Sounds like a rectangle wave or some digital wave with a detuned... anything, sawtooth, whatever. Detuned to taste, lowpass filtered with some resonance, plucky filter envelopes with lots of envelope mod to the filter, less plucky amp envelopes. Run through a tight short or gated verb.
