Synth with Vocoder and Gooseneck mic

Hello All,

I have been looking at buying something like a Virus Ti recently but I have fell back in love with my remote SL and automapped VSTi's this week after actually spending some time amending my maps.

So now I am thinking of getting a synth for vocoding my vocals. I have used the Ableton vocoder on a few tracks and its great, I just want something a little more spontaneous.

So I have been considering an Ultranova, Korg R3, MiniAk or even a mininova, but I just wondered what anybody recommends?

Cheers,

Andy.

A V-Synth XT. You'll have to buy your own gooseneck mic, though.

Korg MS2000 will do some nice vocoding. Pretty good value these days too.

microkorg for old schooly sounds and basses or ultranova for newer sounds and ultra fat basses. even tho i LOVE my microkorg the ultranova is the way to go.
