How to audition multiple kick samples (.wav) in Logic?

Hey all, so here's what I'm trying to do. I've got a folder on my computer with about 40 kick drum samples in .wav format. I'm looking for an easy way to put them all into an instrument so that I can audition them with my track and see how thev each feel with the music running. What's the easiest way to do this? I tried using EXS24 but it only accepts certain formats, rather than individual wav files.

Any suggestions?

Hey dude. It's a bit of a pain, but I would create a stereo audio track then just line up each .wav by dragging and dropping them into the track, the just letting the track play.

Drag them all into the exs sampler so you have a kick on each note. It lays them out this way automatically, just drag them from the folder to the exs.

Come up with the midi pattern in the arrangement with the kick on the lowest key.

Transpose up in the exs till you find the winner.

Anytime. I do this with all my drum and percussion samples. So quick and easy to audition them.
