I have a hunch that you might find luck at your local library. Depending on the quality of the library system wherever you're at, there could very well be audio recordings of insect sounds. If not that, I'm certain you could find a documentary a la BBC Life or National Geographic that would have what you're looking for. Hope that helps

Freesound.org is an amazing website... I did find others but this is the only one who has some real mosquitos :P and wav

I noticed that, in that kind of sound, which is mostly high frequencies, the mp3 lower quality is quite noticeable... so I'm glad I found a wav :P
