Nord Modular G2 Engine power fault

Hi, when i turn my G2 off, and then back on, it wont play any sound, nor will it link to the editor. I have to wait for it to cool down, for about 10 - 30 mins.

nightmare.

any ideas whats causing this, im guessing the psu.
