upgrade THX Mackie HR 824s MK I to?????

Hey what do you think i should upgrade my 824s too? dont want to spend more than 1500. Requirements are: loud. East to mix on. Compliment my ns 10s. MUST SOUND GREAT. I enjoy my music on my monitors as well.

I love my 824mkii's personally, but you might wanna check out the Adam A7x or Adam A8X line, for me those are the only other speakers I want in that price tier before one starts getting into the Genelec pricing area.

I've got some HG3's on the way to replace my Mackie HR824 mk 1's, should be here next week. Will be able to give a direct comparison if you like.
