Do Evolver & Tetra have the same synth engines?

I've hear it said that Evolver and Tetra have the same synth engines.
But is this true because they sound different to my ears?

What about the oscillators themselves?
Tetra sounds more silky, smooth and sort of modern.
The filter is the same, right, though perhaps tweaked differently..?

Allegedly the analog side of the Evolver is the same as the Tetra, Mopho, etc (more or less anyway). However, the Evolvers have true stereo signal paths, thus dual filters verus the mono path on a single voice of the Tetra.

the Evolver also has all those digital effects so it goes through AD/DA converters.
