Umm.. well Roland did the SPH-323 phaser too, but they are mono.
Ive got 2 of them that i run in stereo at times.
They sound great, probably about £350 ish id guess.
Moog rack phaser, ive not tried that one but id love to at some stage.
Also Boss RPH-10 again not tried those, but id put money they sound more like Boss PH pedals, which arent in the same ballpark as the other units i mentioned above
Cant think of any other analogue rack phasers.
The Ensoniq DP4 is definately worth checking out for phasing it does a ton of other cool stuff too and is great value for money but isnt analogue.

Last two PH830's I saw on ebay went for around £1000...but they hardly ever come up so thats over a few years..

Too expensive, yes, but I don't know of any commercial stereo phaser sounding as good as this one :(
