Thanks for the update. That is quite a bit of info. It's astounding to me that this guy hasn't run into some serious permanent consequences as a result of this yet. It's especially annoying that he's actually into this stuff. Seems pretty sociopathic overall.

My Recordings/Credits

I'd trade with him but he will end up getting a box full of compressed poop that explodes upon opening.

How do people get away with stuff like this?

I mean especially in this case it seems like so much evidence is stacked up against him. Shouldn't this guy be in jail by now?

People like this just sicken me. Stealing hard-earned gear from honest people...

The "system" allows it with deregulation.

Yes, CAVEAT EMPTOR (let the buyer beware)
Even the most trustworthy looking chap may turn out to be a nightmarish scammer clown.
that's the nature of doing business now. Forget about the law, the system favours socio- and psychopaths, we're on our own.

....
ok, this is a known scammer, a case I've followed and have been aware of, so I can permit this.
but... WHO posted this warning initially, and wrote this up?
I need you to post a reference to the person's screen name, where does this come from etc.
We can't permit "some image" because it's hearsay and can be abused.
MuffWigglers and elektron-users are fora just like us, and mentioning it in the image is not enough.
SO MORE INFORMATION PLEASE POSTED BY YOURSELF?
thanks!

Good advice Reptil,
Also, it's not what the system does to us it is what it allows us to do to ourselves.
The Karma Police will catch up with him eventually, if the real cops don't get him. We can always seek comfort in that.

The Karma Police is little comfort for those who've been ripped off, nor to those who don't subscribe to such belief systems.

I've heard about this guy before, but I agree with Reptil re: hearsay. It can be shockingly easy to lose one's reputation through gossip and hearsay as well as alarmingly difficult to regain, even if one has been publicly exonerated.
