Hey Rich,
These are my samples; kits that I created in the editor and put onto the SM card. So they are already on the memory card. And then loaded onto the ESX. Only happens with the stereo samples, the mono ones are still on the machine.

I had this same problem, with stereo samples, using an SM card and kits created in the open electribe editor. Never figured it out, just put my samples in mono.

I'm so stumped. I've been using the editor for years with no issues at all. In fact, I haven't even touched the editor for months because I've only been using the four kits I have on the SM card. Never had this issue before. This weekend was the first time.

I had this problem , reformating the card sometimes works, but on the whole i found the sample import on the esx1 to be pretty flaky at times.

I will try reformatting the card since I have all the kits saved. But I really think it's an ESX issue, not a card issue.
The stereo samples are loading up just fine. And as long as the box is on I can jam with them and save them to onboard patterns/songs. But after powering down and back on, they're all gone!
