DSI Tetra voice issue

Hello.

I dunno what the heck happened to my tetra but..

on boot it reads os ver 1.5 and voice 0.0 (Ive tried via my motu microlite upgrade the os and then back again but same. thing.)

voices 1 and 2 do not work
volume is low and the vol knob doesnt really work at all its just one level...

can anyone help with this ?

yes its pretty odd, I call it a DUO now, not a TETRA.

I was let down slightly at the quality or lack there of with

the workmanship.

MY unit is close to 2800 in serial.

thanks

so like DSI replaced my Tetra, turns out the voice board in the unit needed reprograming.
All done now, they fixed it and turned it around in less than 24 hours.

Ive started testing it.

Maybe the voices sound harsh vs the way it came originally.

Maybe it was about to fail when you heard it before - then it failed. Now you're really hearing it for the first time?
