How does the OSCar make this sound?

Came across this video of the OSCar. All the sounds here seem like fairly standard analog synth patches, except for the one at 1:12, which is a sound I associate more with an FM synthesizer like a DX7. How does the OSCar achieve this harpsichord-like attack and can it be emulated by other analog synths?

The OSCar has an additive synthesizer built in.

Interesting! I suppose what we are hearing is one of the digital waveforms.

All the waveforms are digital - the filter is the only thing analogue on the OSCar.
