Roland Mks-80 editors for windows 7 64

Rekon is too costly for a sysex editor wtf.

I tried someold one but it wont work with windows 7 64 bit. i tried to import .xml mixer set for cubase sx inti cubase 5 and it failed. anyone know where i can get a editor free for the current os i am using?

Midiquest or Sounddiver? Or if you've got an Ipad then there are the iControlMidi editors.

I bought the Rekon editor for the pulse ages ago. But wouldn't buy editors for these kinds of prices ever again. Lovely editors but outrages prices, no wonder they are pirated.

I have the ipad but no midi itnerface, and the ipad editor is 30 bucks plus i need ipad midi interface, thats more than rekon.

if recon was 40 bucks i would buy it.

Man, I installed my old emagic sound diver, but for some reason i cant get it to work because i am using a usb midi controller and a pci in and out for the mk80 and i cannot figure out how to be able to play it while i am editing.

The midi via wifi works ok here, no need for an additional interface.

The reKon editor on Mac has some serious bugs- avoid.

Had there been a trial version I could have saved myself some money.

So glad to see these posts about rekon. Thanks i jsut wish i could get the xml stuff working in cubase 5.

Cubase SX Device Panels - C.Y.KONG.com MKS-80 + MPG-80

I cannot get this working in the midi device manager, it loads but wont let me select my midi device on the out puts :(

This guy made a free programmer that works on windows 7 (I have it running fine on W7):

MPG-80 Virtual Programmer

Unfortunately, it is not available for download anymore. I believe I downloaded it from some user group. If you PM me, I can send it to you. Or contact the maker directly if you want.

Don't make the mistake of buying the Rekon editor. Total Garbage.
