Thread Starter | Berliners: Nonlinear Labs open house
According to their website, NONLINEAR LABS is inviting people to their new offices Friday evening (2012-02-10). Nonlinear Labs was founded by Stephan Schmitt last fall, after he left Native Instruments (which he also founded), so it would be interesting to find out what they might be up to. "Snacks - Getränke - Leere Räume - Kein DJ". I can't make it; it's a bit far from Boston. If you do go and find out anything interesting, maybe you could let us know? Thanks! |

If you check NIs site there's no mentioning of the founder anymore. And Nonlinear Labs is his newly founded company. Anyway whatever he is up to it's probably more rewarding then anything he did in the past few years except for his own Reaktor ensembles. And obviously he spent quite some time on these. I am not surprised. Reaktor is the stepchild of the company. I could go on but I censored that part. Still time to grab a taxi and have some chat&hello with Stephan but than I'm too lazy and drunk and then I am as socially inept as he is so I guess I wont go. Maybe email sometime during the year ... Also I am on NDA at the mo' and if I meet people there it will be difficult to tell them I am on NDA without spilling the beans by that.
