Rushing sound... (Feed Me - Strange Behavior)

I'm trying to sort out what exactly makes this sound in Strange Behavior, which happens at ~1:38. It sounds similar to white noise but sounds more involved.

Is it me or do I hear pitch in that too. I think it's more that white noise with volume ramp, there's a pitch bend in there too (I think).
