37 key midi keyboard

Any one know of a midi-keyboard with the following specs:

- 37 mini-keys (the same size as on the MicroKorg)
- a minimum of 5 pot's (can be faders, it doesn't matter. Pitch/mod-wheel not included)
- MIDI and power over USB
- below 200$
- as small a footprint as possible

microKEY from Korg + nanoKONTROL (1 or 2). a lil bit more than 5 knobs
