Monotribe Output/ MS20 Filter alternatives

Hi folks,

so i m in love with the raw distorted ms 20 filter of the monotron.
It fits perfectly those wild sounds i am lookin` for but as we all know,
the output of the monotron is way too noisy.

What about the monotribe output and its ms 20 filter?
Does it sound exactly the same with the befit of a cleaner output?

Or any tips on alternatives to the ms20 filters with even more possibilities?
(max 200 Eu)

Thanks for any help

There was a thread a while back about MS-20 filter alternatives, but off the top of my head I think there was the Frostwave Resonator, which is sadly out of production, Analogue Solutions Filtered Coffee, and the Robot Factory Pedal Co. Brain Freeze.

There's also a bunch of eurorack and MU modules, but you're probably not looking for a modular rig.

damn already used the search function of course....
the filtered coffee is sitting right next to me but doesnt give me the same results as the(monotron) ms 20 filter at all, i ve got a DE + mini doepfer case + some units but i dont know of any modules that may give me that (monotron ms 20) character.
I ve never enjoyed playing a MS20 so i dont know how good the monotron ms 20 filter matches the original one.

I d buy a monotribe in a second if anyone would say the Output is alright...
