Had one ordered, was due to arrive today but when I called them up they are now unsure on the delivery date. I have tried every single store in the UK and they are all saying the same thing, waiting for the delivery from the USA. It seems like there is one huge batch arriving in but nobody knows when. Anyone in the UK have one and how did you get yours? I am tempted to do a bank transfer to a US store and pay for fast shipping. Will probably end up getting it much quicker this way. You know the feeling when you're very excited and the dates get pushed back. I was even willing to jump on a train to the other side of the UK to grab one. |

just bear in mind if you order from the US, your parcel will probably be stopped and an import tax will be applied, usually around the same % as VAT - so can end up being a bit on the pricey side! just in case you weren't aware

Yes.. you could likely get one faster from the USA, but you will almost certainly be stung on import duty/taxes/other random charges that would add an easy 25% to the cost.. If it was me, i'd just sit it out and get it from a Euro dealer (Usually DV or Thomann in my case) |

Im in exactly the same boat mate. Ordered first week of jan and have been told "it on backorder" with no further info. Looks like the UK music shops or DSI underestimated demand. Guess Ill just have to plug away on the octatrack until it arrives.
