SE1X was on the low end duty here, but Taurus 3 has (surprisingly) overtaken the job.
Great, strong, classic bass sound, but as always, matter of taste.

yes, very happy with the uLFO Bubblesound
a-110 also has a mean techno bass

I don't own one but look at Macbeth as well

Yamaha CS-10 is probably what you're looking for if you don't need MIDI
I own one and it's amazing at sub bass
Kills the moog little phatty imo
plus youre also getting an overall great monosynth/noise fx generator
