MPC1000 + TR909 MIDI problem
New to the forum, so hi all.

I'm having trouble syncing my TR909 and my MPC1000, with the MPC as the slave, 909 as the master.

Clock syncing goes well, but my 909 seems to send out note information to my MPC as well, which results in a chaos of samples being played by the MPC.

Is there a way to have my MPC receive ONLY midi clock info?

or

Is there a way to have my 909 send out only midi clock info?

Clear the external instrument track from all your patterns on the 909. Then you will only be sending MIDI clock.
