Best Place to Advertise?

I have a few bucks and I would like to advertise my label in some small way. I would say I have about 50 to spend total, lol. Any advice? Maybe a few sites that have cheap banner placement?

Im not an expert on this but facebook offers that plus they are one of the largest social networking site on the net. Give them a budget and they could possibly work with it. Also check out "google adwords" if i spelled it correctly lol. And another thing, check out rocbattle.com and soundclick.com banner replacements. They should aloud you to add any type of banner ya want.
