Thread Starter | Waldorf Microwave midi with Ableton
Hi I'm about to buy a Microwave XT because of all the knops that i missing in softsynts. When i connect it with midi, is it then possible to draw all theknops and record it live? I know its more than 10 years old so. Or is it better to stay In the Box and buy a good midicontroller?? Thanks! |

Downloading and reading the manuals should answer your questions. You don't even need to read the whole thing just the parts that apply. Thats the best answer I can give you.

I would personally buy a Waldrof because of the sound and not that you are missing knobs with plugins. You could always get a knobby midi controller that would be a breeze to assign to plugins. If your not after the awesome waldorf "sound" itself then i'd say don't bother.
