Traded my A6 for a MoPho keyboard!

YEESSSSSSS!!

Now I can play with something new. Kinda sounds nice and is easy to futz with. Personally, I can't tollerate monosynths, but this is fun and cool to mess with.
Oh, the trade is temporary.

It's a good thing you said this because I was about to call you crazy or the dumbest m-fer on the face of the planet.

Have fun while it lasts but make sure you get that A6 back.

yeah I know. I'm just being radical.

I like it. But I pitted it up against the TYRELL soft synth and they can be kinda similar. Ok, in my world VERY SIMILAR, or good enough. Still MoPho is a blast with knobs and keys to futz and after touch sensitivity

hahahahahahahA! I could never give up 16 voices for 1.5

Still, it has an old school nostalgic feel reminding me of what I used to like about the Concertmate MG-1 I had 30 years ago. But the Mopho is MUCH MUCH More than that toy

you can tune the 2nd oscilator different which in the end sounds just like 2 voices. and I guess you can trigger them separately or something too. so it's one mono voice with 2 separatable oscilators... so it's like 1.5 voices to me

Just got my Mopho as well, love it as well. It sounds a lot like my Prophet 600 but brighter, punchier and with more low end. The only issue I have has been trying to sync the arpeggiator/step sequencer to MIDI, doesn't quite clock correctly using the out from my Triton. Everything else seems to clock perfectly, the A6, Nord2, Virus, Voyager, hell even the MS2000. Anyone else have this issue?

My Prophet 8 is always exactly 1 BPM slower than the sync signal from my DAW. I haven't looked into it yet though.

I'm at newb at it, and it goes back Sunday so I can't help ya. the owner hasn't told me of any handicaps he's run into, but maybe he's not syncing it. He uses the built in sequencer thingy a lot though, and DP for his DAW. Never mentioned any sync issues

With that logic the Andromeda has 24 voices then.
