Thread Starter | Hats off to Vermona
My DRM Mk II well out of warranty didn't power up, I contacted Thomas at Vermona who said I could send it in, that return postage should be 15 euros. I sent it off with a note asking him to let me know the cost of the repair; that I'd transfer the payment to his account. Five days later the DRM was back in working order. How good is that? I'll be in Germany beforte too long and will pay the cost of postage and any replacement parts into his account (will save a lot of banking fees). Anyway, it was so decent of him. When I spoke to Thomas on the phone he seemed a little surprised that the thing wasn't powering up and said he thought it was a minor problem - maybe a local electrical repair should couild have fixed it (no it wasn't the fuse!). The new Retroverb Lancet spring reverb with LP 12 + 14, BP, HP filter, and overdrive looks very tempting. Seems pricing hasn't been set yet though.
