Using NI Massive as Vocoder/ Guitar FX

Hey Guys,
I'm currently working on a pop track, and was wondering if there was any way of getting real instruments into Native instruments Massive and effecting them?

i like the sounds in massive, and wanted to use it on a vocal track and maybe some guitars.

If anybody could guide me as to how i can achieve it, that would be wonderful

It's true. No audio input what-so-ever. For what you're talking about Reaktor is your friend, but at that point there are a ton of choices and none of the NI ones are really vocoders except for The Voice.. and I think that's a Reaktor ens.

you don't need audio in on a synth to use a synth with a vocoder tutt

I don't use them, not after that god awful 2nd daft punk album. Anyway,

Fruity Vocoder - Effect Plugin

This is apparently the easiest to use, those are the instruction, sure you can find a demo. There are loads of free ones, most daws come with one afaik.

You may be able to look at those and figure out how to set it up with your DAW. Someone else probably has a better suggestion.
