Thread Starter | Korg Nanokontrol...with motorized faders?
Does something like this exist?! I keep thinking about buying a big control surface, but I'm SO spoiled by the nanokontrol, however, the fact that the faders aren't motorized are more and more starting to become a problem as I rely on the little device for mixing. So, plain and simple, does something as small and portable as the nano kontrol exist with motorized faders...secondly...where would I start to DIY something up with an existing nanokontrol? |

The only multi-fader motorized unit I know of in the realms of affordability (i.e < $500) is the BCF-2000, and that's hardly small or super-portable.

no, not possible for the simple reason that the motorised faders mean it's going to be big. these are big parts and need a good amount of current (PSU). CM motormix, or (if you can find it) a SAC 2.2 have good faders, and often available for around that amount. There are more (Euphonix, Mackie) so do a search. |

you could get an Arduino and some motorised faders and make it yourself. would take some time but it is possible. |
