I've got one too and the only reason is because it's THE Nick Rhodes string sound. It has such a buzzy, nasal quality to it that I've never heard elsewhere. But to be honest I often think of just sampling it out since there isn't really much you can do with the sound other than the onboard EQ. And the Brass is a joke.

The Crumar performer is a classic. hey, Duran Duran used it. I have always thought about getting one. That and the Solina. I heard an old Trooper song on the radio the other day "Pretty lady" the Solina was huge.
