How do you use KARMA (M3, OASYS, MOTIF, KRONOS) to program drums?

Sure you could load a factory GE and switch back and forth between scenes...

But something gives me the feeling that people are being more creative than that.

I am curious to hear, how do you, specifically, use KARMA (M3, OASYS, MOTIF, KRONOS) to record (and perform) drum parts?

Thanks in advance for the insight.
