Crystal Castles synth sound

Anyone know what that saturated synth sound is in the chorus of Crystal Castles Not In Love?

that's a horrible lead sound. the song was produced in propellerheads reason, so I would guess either the subtractor och thor. probably thor.

its used in another song... cant remember the name...
could be a sample, but the original i think its done with a Yamaha an1x or an200 / plg150-an
the patch its in the an1x yahoo groups.
if not... its a www.vengeance-sound.de patch.

I LOVE it, it gives the track a very intense sound, and it sounds GREAT on the radio.
I don't think it's Reason.
