A puzzle - creating this effect

Hello there.
I was hoping someone here might be able to help me replicate the vocal effect on this sample. The vocals aren't reversed - it's just the effect that's making they sound like that!
I thought it was just a little delay and a reverse gate reverb but it's not.

So over to you super genius' - please help me get where I want to go...

Deleted User Guest Posts: n/a	Reverse the vocals, apply reverb, then reverse eveything again.
