What SyNth to get that "Crystal Method's Vegas" sound

you know that synth sound right? its also in the "bones" theme tv show.

every song is a bit different i kjnow but u jknow its them.

im guessing its heavy use of guitar pedals too and nice programming.
but i dunno , i try getting close but not that easy.

anyone else trying or already got that style of sound.?

im thinking i need an analog synth for it. i have the virus TI and a bunch of soft synths. so im wondering if that might do it

I remember hearing they used the Nord Lead a lot on that album, and I saw a video were Ken was playing bits from Vegas and there was that weird filter sweep thing in the beginning of Coming Back - that's a Jup 6.

Then there's an article here that talks about Vegas a bit more: Crystal Method: United by Synths, Divided by Night, Peter Kirn

Mentions: Minimoog, CS-40, Jp-6, ART DRX multi-effect
