Will slates New trigger give me the best of Superior Drummer 2 and slate drums?

Imo, the differences are glaring but in different ways.
Superior drummer kicks are weak compared to Slate drums which are absolutely killer.
On the other hand, Slate cymbals and hats are clangy to me compared Superior drummer cymbals which have beautiful hi end sizzle.
I have both but wondering how I can integrate the kit pices. Does The new Slate trigger do that?

Two things you can do.

If you already have SSD and Superior, program your drum part and take the midi notes from the cymbals you like in Superior and send them to Superior. Take the kicks and snares you like and copy them to a new midi track and send them to SSD.

So you'll have a hybrid virtual instrument using both drum programs. If thats too much work, then you can use TRIGGER to trigger off the kick and snare of Superior.

Let me know if that helps.

I own SSD 3.5, TRIGGER Platinum, and Superior Drummer 2. Programming in SD2 and putting TRIGGER on the kick & snare tracks is easy as pie and sounds absolutely killer. My programmed drum tracks have never sounded so good. I would highly recommend it
