So... where are the FRXS expansion units?

There was talk last year about Future Retro releasing some expansion module type of things for the XS. They were supposed to come this January or February if my memory serves me right. Has anyone heard anything about them since?

If I understood correctly, they were basically modular modules, designed to specifically support XS's semi-modular nature . Nothing to stop anyone using them with any other CV-controlled device of course.

Hmm that sounds good, a couple of ORB sized modules to complement it would be fantastic. It needs an extra complex LFO some Low pass gates and a 24db Filter, maybe some multiples and a logic module of sorts. Nice little one stop shop. Id hit it

I agree with that list. I heard that there might be some sort of waveform processor like the Doepfer A137 possibly. But another LFO and a 2nd filter (24db) for vowel like shapes would be much appreciated.

The glow in the dark Orb I think is being sold now as a limited edition. But dang, if he would just release some processors/expansions, I'd be all over this stuff like Pokemon. Gotta. Catch'em. All.

Maybe the expander will embrace the filter set up like the 777 had, except instead of just 3 pole and 7(!) pole switch, it'll have everything inbetween too.

He just released a rackmount kit that fits 3 Orb units in a 19" space. So I'm sure he has more Orb-sized things planned, but it is basically a one-man shop so I can understand if it takes a while to develop these things. A basic CV processor would be great for that line - something like the Moog CP-251 with mixers and attenuators.
