No need to send these out. find the key & scale of the music (many software programs will tell you in a few seconds) and tune them yourself. for each individual vocal track: set the input type, key, scale, and play with the retune speed and humanize until you hear what you like.

Most professional mix engineers that regularly do r&b and pop are pretty good at tuning vocals and will do it as part of the mix job. Some include it in their fee; others will charge an additional fee. But assuming you send your songs out for mixing, you should be fine.
