Just wondering about your opinions if you've had time to use both the Waves SSL package and Propellerhead's Record? I think Record's mixer sounds really good... but would it be comparable to use something like the Waves SSL plugins in Logic? Or would Record's modeled mixer have the advantage because of it's own modeled summing?

I too am curious about this. Anyone have any experience with Record?

No idea, I've not used the waves SSL, but the Record mixer is really nice and somehow feels pretty organic in use. I don't think you should have any problems producing high quality sounds from either though.
